Zoning Hearing Board
The Mount Joy Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold its regular meetings at 7:00 PM on the Fourth Thursday of the month, except for November and December. All regular meetings are open to the public and will be held in the Council Chambers of the Borough Municipal Building, 21 East Main Street, Mount Joy, PA 17552. Please check the calendar on the home page for additional meetings that may have been scheduled.

NOTE: If you wish to submit plans for the Zoning Hearing Board to act upon, the following guidelines need to be followed:
1. Deadline: 3rd Friday of the month prior to the meeting.
2. Zoning Hearing Board Applications:

Seven copies of application, project narrative, plans & photographs.
-
Fold all larger documents to fit into an 8.5 inch by 11 inch folder.
-
Include at least one set of 11 inch by 17 inch plan sheets.
-
Provide one digital copy of each plan sheet & document submitted on compact disc in PDF format or equivalent.
-
One copy of plans & documents to Attorney, Thomas Goodman (Goodman & Kenneff, 246 B Manor Ave.; Millersville, PA 17551).
